Even though the "biking" was not on my bucket list (was talked into your excursion by our brother/sister-in-regulation), but we experienced an exceptionally great time! Mindaugas was a great guidebook, and our driver was also great. The lodges have been great, the food items was exceptional, as well as the biking was much better than I'd predicted!
